Title IX Information

Roosevelt Elementary - Where Children Come First!

Welcome to Roosevelt Elementary school, where we are dedicated to reaching all of our students as they grow into lifelong learners. We are one of 15 schools in the Tulare City Elementary School District, located in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Our close-knit community is known for agriculture and small, local businesses—a great place to raise a child.

We hope you will take some time to get to know our school and everything we offer. Our highly qualified teachers have the background and expertise needed to teach any child, while our special programs make learning accessible to everyone—even after school hours. Be sure to visit our events pages, where we'll help keep you on track as you plan for our many school events!

For more information on our district services, please visit our district site.

A Message from Our Principal

Dear Rough Rider Families and Community,

At Roosevelt, we are determined to be the best that we can be in and out of the classroom. We pride ourselves in being respectful, responsible, and invest in building healthy relationships with students and staff.

Our teachers are constantly preparing to meet the academic needs of their students. They continue to receive professional development, to ensure that they are providing Roosevelt students the most effective learning instruction.

Parent involvement is essential in maintaining a productive learning environment for your children. You are welcome to visit our campus and volunteer.

Rough Rider pride will continue to grow as teachers, students, and parents work together.

Sincerely,

Anthony Felix
